DEPOSIT: To make a reservation with Ultimate Trekking Peru EIRL, you must make an initial deposit (this varies depending on which tour you are booking). The deposit will be sent through PayPal or any credit card with no booking fees. All deposits are non-refundable because the warranty is used to obtain required permits, entrance tickets, etc.
REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival to Cusco at least 24 hours before your tour. In case you are arriving late, please notify us to make arrangements. You can pay with Peruvian soles, US Dollars, or through PayPal or credit with no booking fees.
CANCELLATIONS: Our policy for all primary deposits is 100% non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip, please notify info@ultimatetrekkingperu.com as early as possible so we can assist you better.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers ensure that they have valid date visas or passports. Tickets are required to be good for at least six months beyond travel dates.
CHILDREN: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts may apply for children under 12 sharing a room with two adults. Please notify your travel agent if you require a baby carrier.
PRICES:Â Prices are per person based on shared tents occupied by two people.
REFUNDS:Â Refunds are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: All rooms are standard twin (two single beds) rooms with private facilities. You can always upgrade your hotel; please let us know so we can arrange it.
TRANSFERS: For your safety and comfort, we offer free transfer from the airport to your hotel when arriving and free transfer from your hotel to the airport on your last day in Cusco. Please send us the exact arrival date.
TIPPING: Tipping in Peru is entirely voluntary. Complete tipping guidelines are provided with final travel documents during the briefing the day before your tour.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Taking an adventure trip may involve the risk of illness or injury caused by forces of nature, animals, insects, flora, or negligence. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily applying to participate in the trip.
